​Plain Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked padded mailers. There is no mention of "seeds," "cannabis," or "genetics" on the outside.

​Smell-Proof: Every order is heat-sealed and protected to ensure privacy and safety during transit.

1.​Flat-Rate Shipping: We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders within 24–48 hours of payment.

​2. Satisfaction Guarantee (No-Hassle Replacement)

​We do not accept physical returns of seeds. However, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

​The Twisted Promise: If you have any issues with your order—whether it’s damage during shipping or a rare genetic dud—please reach out to us first.

​Replacement Policy: If for any reason you aren't satisfied, we won't make you jump through hoops. We will work with you to ship out a replacement order at no extra cost to you.

​Please double-check your shipping address! We cannot be responsible for orders sent to the wrong address provided at checkout. Once a tracking number says "Delivered," the transaction is considered complete.
