Twisted Genetics Research & Testing Agreement
By participating in the Twisted Genetics Tester Program, you agree to the following:
Research Purpose Only: Seeds provided are for research and evaluation only. No commercial sale of seeds, clones, or plant material is permitted.
No Redistribution: You agree not to share, trade, or gift these genetics to any third party without written consent from Twisted Genetics.
Data Commitment: You agree to provide bi-weekly photo updates and a final harvest report (including aroma, yield, and effects) via the Twisted Genetics portal.
Media Rights: You grant Twisted Genetics the right to use any photos or data you provide for marketing and educational purposes.
Assumption of Risk: Twisted Genetics is not liable for crop failure, equipment damage, or any legal issues arising from your cultivation of these materials. You confirm you are of legal age in your province.

Under Canadian law (PIPEDA), you must tell people what you are doing with their info.

Information Collection: We collect your name, email, and grow data solely to manage the tester program and improve our genetics.
No Third-Party Sharing: Your personal information will never be sold or shared with outside companies.
Data Storage: Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by Twisted Genetics staff.

The Agreement:
By submitting this application, I agree to post weekly progress updates in the r/Canadianweedbreeding Reddit group and/or Instagram.
I agree to provide a final harvest report (Aroma, Yield, Effects) at the end of the grow.
Note to Applicants: If selected, you will be contacted via email or social media to provide a shipping address. All tester seeds are sent in discreet packaging with tracking at $0 cost to you.
